This workshop presents some of the strategies that have proven to be successful in corporations and in private lives. Varying leadership styles are necessary in today's society in all parts of the world. Leadership characteristics range from the inability to be effective to tyrants are just as effective in their quest to get the job done. However, there are skills that reduce stress, impact health issues, and provide a higher quality
of life in its execution. Determining what your leadership style is, what works best in your organization is one of the best and earliest strategies that one can master. Knowing when to change is equally critical to master.
The ability to blend the dimensions of the self together is a skill that is well worth integrating into one's set of strategies for success.
The use of soft skills (nurturing the human spirit, caring about employees, supporting your team, etc. )to motivate your employees to a successful end and getting the job done will often result in a turnaround in an organizational climate, increased productivity, and a higher quality of life for the leader. Strategies are provided to attain balance in work, life, and family.
