Dr. Hazman Shah Abdullah, Dr Razmi Chik.

The study examines the multifaceted aspects of managing a medium size technology company that has gone global. The maintenance of the entrepreneurial spirit amidst growth and development that naturally creates bureaucracy. The constancy of customer focus, a penchant for action, collaboration and teamwork that is not limiting, the sharing of knowledge and a strong management have enabled this knowledge organisation to achieve admirable success in markets contested by global giants. This small and nimble technology start up has chalked up many victories in far away places evidencing the profitability of globalisation. The study is particularly important because it focuses on management of a technology company by a Bumiputra entrepreneur that has defied the usual route -local and dependence on the government.
